Taylor Root is partnering with a high-profile UK charitable organisation with a strong social purpose, supporting initiatives that improve accessibility and help people participate more fully in everyday life.

We are looking for an experienced Interim General Counsel / Interim Senior Legal Counsel to join the organisation during an important period of change, delivering pragmatic commercial advice and supporting senior stakeholders across governance, contracts and compliance.

Qualifications

• Solicitor qualification in England & Wales.
• Strong commercial, generalist in-house background.
• Extensive experience with commercial contracts.
• Comfort advising senior stakeholders at Board/Executive level.
• Good judgement; practical commercial solutions.
• Resilient and adaptable in a complex changing organisation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Charity/not-for-profit experience advantageous but not essential.

• Supporting senior management, the Executive Team and Board-level stakeholders
