Job summary

Taylor Root represents a global client seeking a commercially minded corporate lawyer to join an international legal team. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

You will advise on M&A, corporate governance, and commercial contracts while balancing legal risk with commercial priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility role within a growing global organisation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A from leading firm or in-house.
• Strong corporate and transactional experience incl. M&A and joint ventures.
• Experience drafting complex commercial/transactional documents.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A and restructurings.
• Draft, review and negotiate share purchase agreements, JV agreements and related documents.
• Advise on governance, group structure and company secretarial matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across the business.
• Partner with operational teams on day-to-day legal matters.
