Reed is seeking an Interim FP&A Manager in Weybridge, Surrey, on a hybrid 3-6 month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering insightful management information, and supporting senior leadership with strategic decisions.

The candidate should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong financial modelling skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid pattern and immediate start available.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is required.
• Proven FP&A/Commercial Finance experience.
• Strong modelling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver management information and performance reporting.
• Prepare financial models and scenario analysis.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Provide variance analysis and identify drivers of performance.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting processes and planning tools.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc projects and business transformation initiatives.
