Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners Limited is seeking an experienced finance leader to drive the next phase of its finance transformation journey. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead improvements across FP&A, reporting, automation and financial insight, moving from manual spreadsheets to a data-driven environment.

You will manage a team of four, partner with senior stakeholders and shape forecasting, planning and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in FP&A, finance reporting or business partnering.
• Demonstrable success leading finance change programmes and improving reporting capabilities.
• Strong management reporting, planning and forecasting expertise.
• Experience designing reporting frameworks, KPIs and performance management processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, simplify and improve existing finance processes, driving efficiency and automation
• Reduce reliance on manual reporting and spreadsheet-based processes
• Redesign management reporting to provide clearer insight and support stronger decision making
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting frameworks
• Strengthen forecasting, planning and commercial analysis capabilities
• Partner with senior leadership teams to provide financial challenge and strategic support

Job description

We are delighted to be supporting a high-profile organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses as they seek an experienced finance leader to support in driving the next phase of its finance transformation journey.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead improvements across FP&A, reporting, automation and financial insight, helping move the function from manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes to a more scalable, data-driven environment. You will also lead a small team and partner with senior stakeholders to improve decision-making and performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, simplify and improve existing finance processes, driving efficiency and automation
• Reduce reliance on manual reporting and spreadsheet-based processes
• Redesign management reporting to provide clearer insight and support stronger decision making
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting frameworks
• Strengthen forecasting, planning and commercial analysis capabilities

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years' experience within FP&A, finance reporting or business partnering
• Demonstrable success leading finance change programmes and improving reporting capabilities
• Strong management reporting, planning and forecasting expertise
• Experience designing reporting frameworks, KPIs and performance management processes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability
• Practical experience leveraging AI, automation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Platform and/or Microsoft Copilot
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams

Package & Working Arrangement:

• Fixed-Term Contract, for 6 months initially
• Hybrid working arrangement - office presence 2-3 days per week (offices near Sheffield)
• Must be available to start by the 1st November
