Finatal are excited to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing SME in the Telecommunications sector, currently undergoing a major transformation following a recent Private Equity investment. As the business navigates this critical growth phase, we’re seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to lead key financial initiatives, drive strategic decision-making, and support the company’s expansion in an increasingly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support strategic projects and scalable growth
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive performance and improve commercial decision-making
• Streamline financial operations and reporting to meet Private Equity standards
• Oversee cash flow management, scenario modelling, and risk analysis
• Conduct commercial analysis around new service offerings, pricing strategies, and customer profitability
• Support the integration of financial systems and improve reporting and data visibility

Skills & Experience:

• Must be able to attend the office in London 3 days per week
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Proven experience in FP&A or similar roles, ideally within a Private Equity-backed business
• Prior experience in the telecoms essential
• Background in high-growth SMEs and fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
