Job summary

ITRS is seeking an Interim FP&A Lead to strengthen the Group FP&A team during a transformation. You will lead core reporting, forecasting and management accounting while improving underlying data and processes. The role reports to the Global Head of FP&A and collaborates with senior leaders and PE investors.

This is a highly visible, board-facing position with immediate impact, requiring hands-on leadership and a drive to standardise processes across a growing, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3–5 years post-qualified experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; strong P&L, balance sheet and cash flow modelling.
• Experience with variance analysis and monthly reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, management accounts, KPI schedules and Board materials.
• Perform variance analysis against budget, re-forecast and prior year with narrative.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Build robust financial models including scenario analysis and 3–5 year plans.
• Partner with commercial and operational leads to translate financial data into actionable insight.
