Job Description:

I'm working with a great business that is undergoing significant change and transformation. They are seeking an interim Financial Controller to lead the team while recruiting a permanent replacement.

About the Role: This role involves more than just managing numbers; you'll be central to the company's transformation. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

1. Lead the overhaul and professionalisation of the finance function.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders to align financial strategies with business goals.
3. Implement systems and processes to improve financial reporting and efficiency.
4. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

About you: You should be available to start immediately or on short notice, ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in fast-paced and evolving environments, preferably manufacturing. You should have experience reporting to Group level and developing financial controls, processes, and systems.
