The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with 4–5 years' experience, strong technical accounting skills, and comes from a retail or luxury background. The position offers hybrid work, requiring three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' post-qualified experience.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Experience in retail, luxury, founder-led, or PE-backed businesses is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance team of four.
• Own month-end, year-end, management reporting, and audit processes.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance across UK and US operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements.
• Manage cash flow, AP, AR, consolidations, tax, and statutory reporting activities.
