Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Interim Financial Controller for a fast-growing organisation in Carmarthen, Wales. You will report to the Finance Director and oversee day-to-day finances, ensuring accurate statements and robust controls.

This 6-8 month interim role offers hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) with potential for extension or permanent appointment and a salary up to £70,000 depending on experience.

Formación

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Confidence in managing budgets and forecasts.
• The ability to lead and support a team effectively.

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller plays a pivotal role in managing the day to finances of this growing organisation.The role will include;

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
