Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Interim Financial Accountant to join the Cirencester area from September to December. The role focuses on audit preparation, consolidating statutory accounts and accounts for four group companies, and driving the audit to completion.

You will also support the Financial Controller and wider finance team, contributing to management accounts, reporting and VAT returns, while working in a fast-paced contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing audits and statutory accounts.
• Familiarity with group company consolidation processes.
• Involvement in VAT returns and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller and finance team.
• Prepare audit packs and assist through the audit process.
• Consolidate accounts for four group companies and close year-end figures.
• Assist with management accounts, reporting and VAT returns as required.
