The role requires strong consolidation experience, IFRS/FRS 102 knowledge, and the ability to mentor the Financial Accounting team during a period of transition, with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications ideally.

Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation across multiple entities with aligned accounting policies.
• Perform intercompany eliminations, balance reviews, and adjust group-level books.
• Deliver monthly consolidated accounts and annual statutory reporting with audit-ready working papers.
• Oversee goodwill, fair-value adjustments and non-controlling interests.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance per IFRS/FRS 102 and Group Accounting Manual.
• Provide expert technical accounting advice to senior finance leaders.
• Mentor the Financial Accounting team during a transition period.
