Job summary

Trinity House Group is partnering with an ambitious manufacturing organisation to appoint an Interim Finance Transformation Director to lead a critical period of change and help shape a best-in-class finance function.

The role focuses on driving finance transformation, improving processes, strengthening controls, and delivering meaningful change across people, systems, and operations, with oversight across ERP and finance systems and governance.

Qualifications

Proven track record of delivering successful finance transformation programmes.
Experience at Finance Director, CFO, Transformation Director or Programme Lead level.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at Board level.
Experience implementing finance systems, shared services, or target operating models.
Manufacturing exposure with similar positions.
Hands-on approach balancing strategy and execution.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a finance transformation programme aligned to strategic objectives.
Review and optimise finance processes, controls and operating models.
Drive improvements across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
Partner with executive stakeholders to identify efficiency and value opportunities.
Lead ERP, finance systems and process improvement initiatives.
Manage programme governance, risks, timelines and stakeholder engagement.
Support and develop finance teams through periods of significant change.
