Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd partners with a leading Housing Association to recruit an Interim Finance Manager - Operations. The role provides leadership across the organisation's transactional finance function, guiding teams and delivering accurate financial information from day one.

You will oversee accounts payable, payroll, rent income, and banking controls, and drive process improvements through change initiatives with Finance, ICT, Procurement and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transactional finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, rent income and sales ledger.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., housing/social landlords) preferred.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across transactional finance operations.
• Oversee AP, payroll, rent income, and sales ledger.
• Ensure robust controls and reconciliations.
