Job summary

The Search Core Ltd is recruiting an interim Finance Business Partner for a central London charity on a day-rate contract of initially six months. You will deliver management reporting, support monthly close, and provide analysis for one key service directorate under a Senior Finance Business Partner.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or final stage required. Ideal candidates will have strong management accounts experience, full financial cycle exposure, advanced Excel, and excellent communication to

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or final stage of examinations.
• Experience in management accounts with full financial cycle (accruals, prepayments, P&L, balance sheet).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills for management reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets, review, analyse and challenge managers and budget holders.
• Support forecasting, budgeting process and performance monitoring.
• Provide insightful commentary to improve future performance.
• Ensure accuracy of income and expenditure to aid decision-making.
• Handle month-end procedures including recharge journals and accruals.
