Dickson O'Brien is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support the finance function during a critical period. The role focuses on the month-end close and analysis of revenue and margins, with a hands-on approach to bring structure to the close process.

You will deliver clear financial analysis to senior stakeholders and work closely with commercial and operational teams to drive performance. Immediate or short-notice start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant or equivalent.
• Proven experience with month-end close in a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to analyse revenue and margins and present insights.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead revenue and margin analysis, including variances.
• Provide clear financial commentary to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to understand performance drivers.
• Support forecasting and budgeting where required.
• Improve processes, controls and reporting during the interim period.
• Act as a key finance contact within the finance function during the assignment.
