Talentedge is currently working on an exciting opportunity for an Interim Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, innovative fintech business that's reshaping how people think about saving, investing, and managing their money.

This role is ideal for an ACA/CAANZ qualified professional from practice within audit with at least 2 years PQE in industry, who thrives in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running. You will support the senior leadership team through a pivotal growth phase and make a real impact from day one.

The Finance Manager will be a core team member, supporting financial reporting, month-end processes, and daily finance operations. Experience working within audit and liaising with external auditors, as well as reporting to the board and investors, including statutory accounts, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, including year-end processes, management accounts, SLT reports, and investor reports
• Support financial operations such as accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and share-based payments
• Manage statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors for audits
• Assist with corporation tax, VAT, and IFRS adjustments

About you:

• ACA/CAANZ qualified from an audit background with 2+ years PQE in industry
• Strong experience in audit, financial reporting, management accounts, and statutory reporting
• Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in FinTech/SaaS/Financial Services is highly desirable
• Immediately available or within a 1-2 week notice period
