Interim Senior Finance Manager

Location: Thames Valley (Outskirts of Reading)

Duration: 6-month interim contract, with potential for extension

This interim Senior Finance Manager role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact finance function within a fast growth business based just outside Reading.

You’ll be working closely with senior management to deliver key insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Your Experience

We are seeking:

• ACA, CIMA OR ACCA qualified (or equivalent) professionals with a commercial mindset and strong financial expertise.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams within large, fast-paced organizations.
• Solid background in management accounting, monthly reporting, and business partnering.

The Role

As Interim Senior Finance Manager, you'll:

• Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
• Manage and develop key business relationships, acting as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead the financial planning and performance analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
• Play a key role in driving business initiatives and continuous improvement within the finance function.
• Support the development of financial processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
