iMultiply Resourcing is seeking a Finance Manager for a part-time, initially fixed-term/contract role with strong potential to become permanent. The position is fully remote within the UK and offers a salary of £45,000–£55,000 per annum.

The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day finance operations, manage cashflow, budgeting, and month-end reporting while providing valuable insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions. Immediate start and remote working are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or similar senior finance position.
• Strong experience in cashflow forecasting and budgeting.
• Comfortable managing both transactional and management finance responsibilities.
• Experience working within a growing, fast-paced or entrepreneurial business environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including purchase invoice processing and payment runs.
• Ensure supplier payments are made accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial analysis.
• Develop and improve finance processes, controls and procedures as the business grows.
• Manage employee expenses, company card administration and related finance activities.
• Provide financial and operational support to senior stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, timely and reliable for decision-making.

THE ROLE

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager or similar senior finance position.
