Job summary

Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to Head of Finance, you will drive a finance transformation, strengthen controls, and improve reporting to support operational decision-making.

Responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing processes, budgeting and forecasting support, cashflow reporting, product costing reviews, and delivering ad hoc finance projects within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, or qualified by experience.
• Previous Finance Manager experience is required.
• Strong process-improvement and project-based finance experience.
• Product costing experience would be highly advantageous.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
• Able to start at short notice or immediately.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in supporting a finance transformation and process improvement programme.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of finance projects, helping to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and support operational decision-making.

The Role
