CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Finance Manager for a Dorset-based services organisation. You will lead the finance function during a transitional period, ensuring robust financial control and accurate reporting.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support forecasting and strategy development, manage internal and external stakeholders, and drive projects to improve reporting and efficiencies, with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating in a finance leadership role within a similar industry or sector.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in financial reporting and control.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities with good stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Evidence of delivering initiatives that improve financial processes or reporting clarity.
