Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an Interim Integration Finance Manager in South Yorkshire with hybrid working. The role pays £80,000 - £85,000 and is a 7-month FTC within the Group finance team, focusing on post-acquisition integration and enhanced group reporting. You will engage in technical accounting, balance sheet reviews, and collaboration with auditors to ensure robust consolidation processes. The position supports an ERP transformation and FR S102 changes.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accounting professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credential.
• Experience in group consolidations and technical accounting.
• Experience with acquisitions, integrations or multi-entity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support financial integration of acquired entities into the Group.
• Review opening balance sheets, intercompany structures and policies.
• Collaborate with auditors and advisers during integration.
• Improve Group consolidation across multiple entities.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and reporting controls.
• Support ERP transformation project and reporting embedding.
• Lead on FRS 102 changes, including lease accounting and revenue recognition.
• Produce technical accounting papers for stakeholders.
