The ideal candidate will have a solid M&A integration background and be responsible for aligning financial policies, preparing balance sheets, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with significant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in finance integration projects, M&A transactions, or finance transformations.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the finance aspects of the integration project.
• Prepare and reconcile opening balance sheets.
• Oversee data migration and ensure compliance with group standards.
