Qualifications

Qualified ACA, ACCA, CAANZ or similar.
2-3 years in a similar role.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with UK GAAP and IFRS.
Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and controls.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage inventory accounting processes.

Stay informed on technical accounting developments.
Champion internal controls, ensuring reconciled balance sheet accounts.

Are you a technically astute accountant with a passion for delivering accurate financial reporting? We’ve partnered with our client in their search for an Interim Finance Manager to join them for a 12-month period, offering critical support during a period of exciting projects and change.

As Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex areas within the P&L and balance sheet, ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and driving improvements that safeguard financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage inventory accounting processes, partnering with operational teams to mitigate shrinkage risks and optimise cash flow.
