Qualifications

• Experience in M&A or integration activity preferred.
• Understanding of group financial reporting and integration processes.
• Familiarity with vendor management and deal negotiation processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial integration of acquisitions across the Group.
• Ensure transactions are executed correctly with solid financial controls.
• Coordinate between Finance, M&A, and acquired businesses.

Skills
