Consult seeks an experienced Interim Financial Director to lead the finance function for a PE-backed, multi-site leisure business. The role focuses on strengthening controls, reporting, and governance while partnering with leadership to drive growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially astute, and capable of delivering robust financial discipline across several sites, including new openings and potential acquisitions.

Qualifikationen

• FD with PE-backed, multi-site leisure, hospitality or consumer-facing experience.
• Strong commercial judgement and hands-on financial leadership.

Aufgaben

• Partner with CEO, leadership team and PE sponsor to deliver growth plan.
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting and governance.
• Improve site-level performance reporting, KPIs and commercial insight.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management and strategic planning.
• Support new site openings, investment decisions and potential acquisitions.
• Develop scalable finance function to support expansion.
• Build and upskill the finance team while maintaining day-to-day delivery.
