Job summary

The CFO HQ is seeking an interim Finance Manager/Controller in Norwich to own a broad finance function, delivering monthly management accounts, financial reporting and performance analysis. You will partner with operational teams to provide commercial insight and support decisions, while overseeing budgeting, cash flow and medium-term planning.

You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills and experience across management accounts, forecasting and financial control,

Experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial control.
Confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly management accounts production and financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and medium-term planning.
Provide commercial insight through business partnering and challenge performance.
Support investment decisions with business cases and capital expenditure analysis.
Manage year-end accounts, statutory reporting and external audit.
Ensure robust financial controls and accurate records; oversee transactional finance and payroll.
Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
