Job summary

Landmark Information Group is seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance Business Partnering (Interim) to lead the FP&A function in Exeter. You will work with Business Unit Leaders, the CFO and the leadership team to deliver clear commercial insight and decisive action.

You will coach and develop the Finance Business Partnering team, drive planning and forecasting, and translate performance into actionable insights to support strategy and group priorities. Exeter-based with hybrid working.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with senior experience in finance business partnering or FP&A.
Proven track record leading/coaching finance teams.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into executive insight.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling; experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Finance Business Partnering team with clear expectations.
Partner with senior leaders and CFO to provide analysis and commercial challenge.
Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting with robust assumptions and actions.
Translate performance data into concise forward-looking insights for strategy.
Support revenue growth, margin improvement and cost discipline.
