Interim Finance Business Analyst

Your new company
Hays is working exclusively with an established business in the Milton Keynes area that is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst for a 6-month contract.

Your new role
This role involves collaborating with the Head of Accounting to transform existing financial processes and data, creating dashboards for revenue and accounting processes using data analytics, automation, and technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

• Financial Modelling and Financial Transformation experience
• Qualified Accountant or relevant FP&A experience
• Extensive systems skills, including Power BI, SQL, Excel (macro level), with advanced data analysis and automation skills
• Experience with large ERP Finance systems, preferably SAP or similar
• Ability to query databases and structure financial data efficiently
