Job summary

iMultiply is currently recruiting a Finance Assistant (Interim) to join its finance team in the Edinburgh area and Livingston. This hands-on role covers transactional finance, including AP, AR, invoice processing and bank reconciliations, on an initial 3-6 month contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience in transactional finance, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to work independently in a busy team. Hybrid working is available and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transactional finance role
• Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• Excellent reconciliation skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Allocating incoming and outgoing payments
• Investigating and resolving supplier and customer queries
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting financial controls
• Assisting with month-end activities where required
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc finance administration
• Helping ensure continuity and efficiency across the transactional finance function during a busy period
