Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a Local Authority in the North West of England to appoint an Interim Facilities Project Manager. You will oversee a varied portfolio of facilities, property and building projects across the Council’s estate, from initial scoping through to procurement, implementation and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple complex projects in a large organisation.
• Delivery of facilities management, refurbishment and maintenance projects.
• Strong health and safety understanding across construction works.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of facilities projects from scoping to handover.
• Manage a portfolio of building-related projects to time, budget and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to meet milestones.
• Develop project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support improvements to the Council’s property estate.
