Job summary

Henry Blue is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Estates & Maintenance to lead estates operations across a large and complex multi-site college estate in Nottingham. The role reports to the Director of Estates and Capital Development and requires strong leadership of Estates and Maintenance teams to improve service delivery and compliance.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, manage the PPM contract and ensure safe, efficient service delivery in line with statutory

Qualifications

Experience leading estates, maintenance or hard facilities management services.
Proven track record of improving operational performance and service delivery.
Experience managing large-scale PPM contracts, contractors, KPIs and SLAs.
Knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety, procurement and contract management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and team development skills.
Ability to drive accountability, continuous improvement and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

Lead estates operations across a large multi-site college estate.
Provide leadership to Estates and Maintenance teams.
Drive improvements in service delivery, performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Manage the college-wide PPM contract, contractors, KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure estates services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
