Job summary

Henry Blue is seeking an Interim Head of Estates & Maintenance to lead estates operations across a large multi-site college estate in Nottingham. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant, and efficient services while driving improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee planning, safety compliance, and the College-wide PPM contract, reporting to the Director of Estates and Capital Development. Strong leadership and contractor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in estates, maintenance, or hard facilities management.
• Experience managing large PPM contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, health & safety, procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates and maintenance teams across a large multi-site college estate.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and the PPM contract.
• Drive improvements in service delivery, performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
