Joshua Robert Search is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse commercial portfolio across the Midlands for a leading UK property owner. The role offers autonomy and ownership of assets with responsibility for day-to-day management.

You will manage industrial, office and retail properties, liaising with tenants, internal stakeholders and external consultants to maximise performance and asset value, with MRICS qualification advantageous.

Formación

• Experience in commercial property management, ideally with industrial property experience.
• Experience managing multi-site commercial portfolios.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, service charges and property legislation.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities to improve asset performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties across the Midlands.
• Overseeing landlord and tenant matters, including lease events, renewals, rent reviews and occupier relationships.
• Managing service charge budgets, expenditure and reconciliations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance, reduce costs and enhance portfolio value.
• Overseeing maintenance, compliance and planned works in conjunction with facilities management teams and external contractors.
• Building strong relationships with tenants, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting wider asset management initiatives and property strategy across the portfolio.
