You will shape and deliver a wide-ranging transformation across people, process, technology and governance, partnering with senior leaders to drive measurable improvements in procurement performance and value for the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business transformation or procurement transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering process improvement and operating model design.
• Strong project and programme management capability with a track record of delivering outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and change management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Procurement Transformation initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence across procurement activities.
• Support implementation and optimisation of procurement technology and data-driven decision making.
• Develop and embed new governance frameworks and best practice processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects with governance and benefit realisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier collaboration and procurement capability.
• Support change management activities including communications and training.
• Establish and monitor transformation KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
• Contribute to evolving procurement operating model and transformation roadmap.
