Job summary

Confidential is recruiting an interim Digital Challenges Officer for 12 months to deliver exceptional supporter experiences for online fundraising challenges. You will manage digital fundraising activity across channels, design insight-led supporter journeys, and work with the team to meet engagement and income targets.

You will help analyse campaigns, optimise journeys, and deliver high-quality communications while staying within regulatory and safeguarding requirements during an exciting

Qualifications

Experience managing digital fundraising activity across multiple channels or products.
Knowledge of Meta-led fundraising products and designing supporter journeys that balance experience with fundraising goals.
Experience developing insight-led creative content and communications.
Experience monitoring and reporting on live activity and suggesting improvements.
Experience in multi-channel marketing to drive fundraising and engagement.
Working knowledge of fundraising regulation, safeguarding and UK GDPR.
