Qualifications

• QTS and substantial primary teaching experience.
• Senior leadership and line management experience.
• Experience leading whole-school improvement in teaching and learning.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge, ideally with DSL experience.
• Commitment to Christian ethos and values of a Church of England school.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning across the school.
• Drive whole-school improvement initiatives.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Teach when needed and coach colleagues.
