Job summary

SHISEIDO UK & Ireland is seeking an Interim CRM Manager (MULTIBRAND) to lead the UKI customer-centric CRM strategy. You will drive loyalty, retention and lifetime value through planning, execution and optimization of campaigns across email and SMS for direct and key accounts, ensuring data-driven, personalised communications aligned with premium positioning.

You will collaborate with Brand, Commercial, Omni-Channel, Digital and E-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging and KPI improvements,

Qualifications

• Proven CRM experience within a premium/luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the UKI CRM strategy across channels to maximize engagement, retention and revenue.
• Manage customer database, ensure data integrity, segmentation and GDPR compliance.
• Lead data acquisition and enrichment initiatives with EMEA and UK teams.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty) on own channels and for strategic accounts.
• Design customer journeys across lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, win-back.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, Omni-Channel, Digital and E-commerce teams for cohesive comms.
• Collaborate with Global/EMEA teams to reflect premium brand tone and visuals.
• Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, conversions, CLV, churn) and provide insights.
• Lead personalisation and automation initiatives at scale.
• Oversee agency relationships and briefing/reporting quality.
