Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Manager or Facilities Manager in FM.
• Electrical background with understanding of building services.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management and statutory compliance.
• Experience overseeing PPM programmes and reactive maintenance.
• Experience managing engineers and coordinating teams.
• Organised, proactive and ownership-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of a facilities management contract across approx. 100 buildings.
• Manage a team of 4: Lead Engineer and 3 Engineers.
• Oversee ~150 PPM visits per month.
• Ensure statutory planned maintenance complies with requirements and contract obligations.
• Manage engineer workloads and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor service delivery and maintain maintenance standards.
• Act as main contact for operational matters and resolve issues.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, compliance records and reporting.
