Job summary

Venn Group is recruiting an experienced Interim Compliance Manager to join a Social Housing organisation in Greater Manchester. The role leads a specialist team for M&E, asbestos, legionella and electrical compliance, ensuring statutory duties are met and contracts are well managed.

The appointment is an interim contract inside IR35 with a negotiable day rate, starting within four weeks, and you will report to senior stakeholders while driving service improvements and ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• Social Housing experience is essential and non-negotiable.
• Experience as a Compliance Manager or senior landlord compliance lead.
• Budget management experience within property compliance.
• Ability to use compliance data to monitor performance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead a compliance team across M&E, asbestos, legionella and electrical compliance.
• Oversee Technical Officers and specialist compliance leads.
• Ensure statutory duties are met and contracts are effectively managed.
• Review performance data to drive service improvements.
• Provide reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders.
