Job summary

g2 Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Compliance Manager on an interim 3-month contract for a public sector client in Greater Manchester. The right candidate will have a strong grasp of compliance and building safety legislation, including Awaab's Law.

Responsibilities include overseeing Electric, Gas, Asbestos, Water, Lifts and M&E workstreams and liaising with Fire and Building Safety teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Awaab's Law Phase 2 requirements.
• Experience with HHSRS risk assessments and compliance controls.
• Proven track record in managing major compliance programs in social housing.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Electric, Gas, Asbestos, Water, Lifts and M&E workstreams.
• Liaising with Fire and Building Safety teams to ensure compliant operations.
