Qualifications

• Experienced CFO or Finance Director with a proven track record in financial recovery, turnaround or restructuring.
• Ability to operate with a practical approach in a charity environment.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to influence executive decisions.

• Strengthening financial controls and oversight.
• Improving forecasting and medium-term financial planning.
• Supporting financial recovery and building sustainable financial performance.
