Your new company

Working in Manchester, you will be in the heart of the Northern Powerhouse, with excellent public transport links. You will be part of the building control team working on high-profile projects that impact the community, including town centre regenerations, Etihad Stadium, Salford FC, student accommodations, high-rise residential buildings, and commercial offices at Terminal 2 of MAG.

Your new role

This role offers varied projects within the public sector, working on multiple regeneration projects. You will be part of a team of 20, reporting to the technical manager, supporting team performance and ensuring standards in building safety and compliance. Daily responsibilities include site visits, liaising with team members, and overseeing project safety and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

Suitable candidates include building control inspectors or surveyors with Class 2 and Class 3 competencies, knowledgeable of current building regulations, and holding chartered status with MCIOB, MCABE, or similar. Level 3 specialists are preferred, but others may be considered.
