Chorley Council & South Ribble Council seeks a focused and skilled Senior Building Control Surveyor to join their shared team to carry out inspections and manage building control functions. Salary:£47,754 - £48,710 plus market supplement of £4,020 and 6% car allowance |

Following a review of the service and the promotion of one of the previous post holders we are seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to work within the shared Building Control Team between Chorley and South Ribble Councils.We are a positive and friendly team that can offer hybrid and flexible working from day one. This is in addition to generous annual leave entitlements, local government pension, and free car parking across Chorley and South Ribble.
We are looking for motivated people who are experienced and ready to hit the ground running plan checking, carrying out site inspections, attending dangerous structures, demolitions and taking enforcement action when needed.We are a supportive team and have plenty of room for development should you want to progress further in your classifications. We will support you through this and help you to progress and develop your career.
