Job summary

Partnership of Care is seeking an Interim Assistant Manager based in South Wales. This 12-month role covers maternity leave, focusing on the day-to-day running of our Day Service while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have operational experience in social care, a Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification, and skills in managing and mentoring teams. We offer a supportive work environment with access to training, a company pension, and a commitment to career progression.

Qualifications

• One or more years of operational experience leading a team within the social care sector.
• Registration with Social Care Wales is required.
• A full driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the services.
• Mentor and support teams through regular supervision.
• Collect performance indicators for appointed services.
