Partnership of Care in South Wales is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of care services. You will work under the Appointed Manager to ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance across domiciliary, residential and supported living settings.

Qualifications

• One or more years of operational experience leading a team within the social care sector.
• Level 4 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
• Full driving licence preferred.
• Be well-organised, self-motivated and delegating work appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support the Appointed Manager in the day-to-day running of their services, monitoring service provision and ensuring compliance and safety.
• Lead staff teams in making operation decisions, overcoming change resistance and driving continuous improvement.
• Mentor, coach and support teams through CPD, supervision and appraisal.
• Collate key performance indicators for their services.
