Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an Interim Valuation Surveyor to join our client's Property team in Norfolk.

This 6–9 month contract offers £450–£500 per day Inside IR35 with 3–4 days per week in the office. The successful candidate will support local authority clients with asset valuation requirements and report to the Director of Property. You will join a small Estates team of around five people and bring strong, hands-on valuation experience to the role.

Qualifications

• MRICS preferred.
• Registered Valuer preferred.
• Strong experience delivering asset valuations.
• Ideally experience working with or alongside Local Authorities.

Responsibilities

• Support local authority clients with their asset valuation requirements.
• Report to the Director of Property as part of the Estates team of five people.
