Job summary

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Interim Operations Manager to lead a busy 24/7 operation in Chatham. You will provide visible leadership, strengthen management practices and drive performance across three service areas.

The role is an initial three-month interim assignment with potential for permanent opportunities. You will work with the Shift Manager and wider team to prioritise improvements, manage safety, and sustain service delivery.

• Extensive experience managing people in a busy operational service environment.
• Proven track record leading 24/7, shift-based or time-critical operations.
• Skilled at coaching managers and improving team performance.
• Strong focus on health and safety, risk, and safeguarding.
