Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking an Interface Engineer II to design, build, and support HL7 interfaces using the Infor Cloverleaf Engine and Epic Bridges Toolkit. You will work with clinical users, analysts, and vendors to capture requirements and ensure interfaces are properly scoped, engineered, tested, and supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems with 8+ years of related experience or 11+ years in lieu of degree.
• Infor Cloverleaf Level 1+ Certified and/or Epic Bridges Certified
• Knowledge of HL7, X12 and FHIR interoperability frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong analytical and business analysis skills
• Ability to perform workflow analysis and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of integration platforms and healthcare application integration

Responsibilities

• Performs business analysis and workflow review with stakeholders to capture requirements for each integration project.
• Ensures interfaces meet defined technical requirements during development.
• Implements interfaces using Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges standards.
• Conducts thorough testing and documents results for interfaces changes.
• Deploys interfaces into production following change control policies.
• Monitors changes to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborates with Epic Community Connect Partners for ongoing support.
• Communicates effectively across all levels of staff.
• Maintains Bridges toolkit and reviews Epic release notes and error queues.
• Collaborates with IT leaders to share lessons learned and best practices.
