Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an experienced Interface Oversight Project Manager to coordinate interfaces across major delivery programmes on a national £20bn+ infrastructure project. You will work with Programme Leads, Senior Project Managers, PMO teams and delivery partners to align and communicate interfaces effectively.

Essential for this role are PMO/Programme Management experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure, construction, engineering or capital projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Experience working within complex project environments.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Resilient, proactive and solution-focused approach.
• PMO, Project Controls or Programme Management experience.
• Experience within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interfaces across major delivery programmes.
• Drive collaboration between teams, functions and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and delivery performance.
• Produce interface reporting and performance insights.
• Support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build key relationships across the project and influence senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with other teams to enhance interface management processes.
• Support the future growth of the team, including recruiting Interface Engineers.
• Participate in recruitment activities, interviewing new team members as the Interface Management function grows.
