Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking an experienced Interface Oversight Project Manager for Sizewell C. You will coordinate interfaces across major delivery programmes, drive collaboration between teams and monitor risks, dependencies, and performance to keep the project on track.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure, construction, engineering or capital projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Experience working within complex project environments.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Resilient, proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate interfaces across major delivery programmes.
• Drive collaboration between teams, functions and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and delivery performance.
• Produce interface reporting and performance insights.
• Support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build key relationships across the project and influence senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with other teams to enhance interface management processes.
• Support the future growth of the team, including recruiting Interface Engineers.
• Participate in recruitment activities, interviewing new team members as the Interface Management function grows.
